From basic ticketing and consolidation of airlines (Agent Network Distribution) to corporate/incentive travel and custom land/cruise vacation packages globally, she has experience with it all.
Ms. Shah has kept up with the evolution that has come about in the travel industry through rigorous training and certifications (Sales, Management, Marketing, Customer Service and Client Relations, etc.).
