Travenue has been absolutely amazing in booking our trip to Europe this month! From booking flights to hotel reservations to internal traveling to sightseeing, Travenue has done it all for us. As soon as we landed at our first destination, Amsterdam, we were able to check in to our hotel and just enjoy our vacation without worrying about the logistics of the trip that we would otherwise have to worry about if we booked everything on our own. It really was as easy as 1, 2, and 3. A few months before the trip, Travenue worked very closely with us in the booking process by keeping our preferences in mind. When we got to each of our destinations, we already had all the public transportation figured thanks to Miss Ketki and all her hard work. Instead of wondering what to do when we get to each of our destinations, we already had a list of sightseeing and eating to complete. We were able to cover every attraction at each destination and we didn’t have any issues with food either. Overall, we had an amazing trip and made even more amazing memories thanks to Travenue. 5/5 would recommend to anyone and everyone to book their next trip with Travenue!

Ketki planned my trip to Dubai. Thank you ketki for a flawless trip to Dubai. We were promptly picked up from airport and dropped at the hotel. The accommodation was wonderful. Our itinerary explained everyday activities. Ketki returned all my calls. She is knowledgeable. Just fantastic. Thank you Ketki.

‘Exceptional Service’ are the words that come to mind when we talk about Ketki. We used her services for our 2nd cruise to celebrate the graduation of our kids and this was a big group of 70. Not only she took care of all the nuances of cruise bookings, but surprised us by arranging a personal party space on the ship for our group to formally celebrate the graduation of our Kids! For a few of us who had some onboard credit issues, it was immediately taken care of. Simply great!

Ketki has planned our all travel for my group consisting from 15 to 35 friends from 2002. Our first trip was Alaska Cruise and all members were very happy with the arrangements she did from port excursion along with getting extra in Cruise. She planned our China, Japan, Australia- New Zealand, Africa, South America, Scandinavia – Russia, Turkey tours, both land and cruise.
What my friends and I like about her, she is always ready to work with groups demand and got us the best cost effective package. For her the service does not end till group returns back and also addresses our insurance claim and resolves other issues.
I highly recommend Travenue and Ketki to anyone who is looking for service from start to end on prompt basis. She has extensive experience on group travel and needs of everyone in the group. Practically she has organized for last fifteen years our group traveling. She has always answered my calls any time of day or night wherever she is – India or USA. With her we covered most of the world.

We traveled to Italy and Manchester via Turkish airlines with the help of Ketki our travel agent. She was extremely friendly, went out of the way, made at ease, very knowledgeable. She was almost perfect in returning calls, kept us in the loop. Even when there was a change in the hotel while we were travelling she made sure the change of hotel notice reached us accurately. She conveyed it thru. all modes and we were not stranded at all. It was pleasant working with her, it was not an agent client relation, it was more than that. She knows the secret to success! Keep it up Ketki. Now, we know where to go for our future travel needs for us, our family and our friends.
