Tadoba Andhari National Park

Tadoba is the Indian wildlife photographer’s little secret – the forest brims with life but is still relatively unknown. At Tadoba, it is normal to see a tiger as close as ten feet to your vehicle. The landscape is unique too. Vast open grasslands offer easy views of Barking Deer, Sambar, and Chital herds. The lake is a resting spot for Crocodiles and a watering hole for Nilgai and Gaur. Tigers are known to take leisurely strolls past safari jeeps here. With over 300 species of animals, 200 species of birds, and 75 species of butterflies, this is a secret worth keeping. And it’s accessible too. Tadoba is a short drive away from Nagpur city airport, so getting into the wild is not that difficult after all.
