‘Exceptional Service’ are the words that come to mind when we talk about Ketki. We used her services for our 2nd cruise to celebrate the graduation of our kids and this was a big group of 70. Not only she took care of all the nuances of cruise bookings, but surprised us by arranging a personal party space on the ship for our group to formally celebrate the graduation of our Kids! For a few of us who had some onboard credit issues, it was immediately taken care of. Simply great!
